Participants can change their passwords in the academy.
First login
After you add your participants to a group in the academy, they will automatically be sent an invitation email containing a link for account creation. On following the link, participants will be prompted to set their own password. A password requires at least 15 characters.
Password change
To change the password, participants must be logged in to the academy. They can click on the cog icon next to their name, and select Change password > Send email and log out. They will receive the invitation email again with the link to set a new password:
Forgotten password
When participants forget their password or no longer have the invitation email, they can click on Forgot password on the login screen. The invitation email will be sent again so the password can be reset:
If you revoke a participant’s access, their password is no longer valid.
