Sometimes we need temporaryaccess to your account to investigate and resolve the questions or issues that you raise. Due to GDPR compliance policies, Easy LMS employees can't connect to your account without your explicit permission. Therefore, you need to grant us access to your account. In this article, we explain how to give Easy LMS employees temporary access to your Easy LMS account.
Go to your account settings behind your avatar in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Go to the Profile page.
Enter your Current password.
Enable Give Easy LMS access to your account for 14 days.
Click Save.
Inform the support team that they can access your account to identify the issue.
Please never send us your password or other confidential information.
This setting lasts for fourteen days, after which Easy LMS employees will no longer have access to your account. You will need to reactivate this setting if you want us to re-access your account.
