🦉 Easy LMS & SCORM ✓ How to add a SCORM module to a Course? ✓ Import a SCORM package✓ Integration

Do you have a SCORM file and want to add it to one of your courses? Here is how you can import it to Easy LMS!

It is possible to add your SCORM file to a course with an Advanced plan.

You can add your SCORM file to a course slide with the following steps:

  • Select a course.

  • Go to an existing Content slide or create a new slide by clicking Add new slide > Content.

  • Click the Add new element button.

  • Select SCORM.

  • Select your SCORM file to upload.

  • Click the Save button.

Your course will now display the SCORM file as an element on the slide! Your participant can navigate through it.

Our tool offers a SCORM viewer only. We do not track participant progress within the SCORM file.

The maximum file upload size is 5GB. The storage space differs per plan:

  • Advanced plan: 5G

  • Basic plan: 1GB

This includes SCORM, PDF, and image files.

There are some restrictions on the format of your zipped SCORM file:

We only support:

  • Zipped SCORM files.

  • SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004.

  • SCORM files that provide their own navigation.

  • Simple Single SCO.

We do not support:

  • Tin Can API / xAPI / cmi5 / AICC

  • Keeping track of the participant’s progress within the SCORM module

If you export an Easy LMS course as a SCORM file and upload it to another LMS, the participant results will still be sent back to Easy LMS. Any certificates will also be generated and, depending on your settings, will be sent to the participant.
