At Easy LMS, we strive to continually improve our tool and deliver the best product and experience possible. This article details new features we’ve released, so you can stay up to date!

Academy participants can now filter their learning content by status (to do, in progress, and completed) on the All content page. This allows them to quickly scan for exams and/or courses they need to start or finish.

Academy participants can now find learning content by using the new search bar on the All content page. This allows for a smoother search, especially when your content library is vast.

Adding and removing a participant to and from academy groups has never been easier or faster. Go to Participants and click on a name, and choose View all groups. Simply click on Add to all groups on page to assign groups and/or academies in bulk. The page shows all available academies and groups. You can filter by groups and academies to narrow your selection.

Admins can easily add participants to one or multiple groups. This allows for quicker participant management. Go to Participants, click on a name, and choose View all groups. Simply Add participant to the groups with one click.

Our Reports page offers visual insights for exams within academy groups. At a glance, you can see the number of certified and uncertified participants, pass/fail rates, skills, and average score, giving you a quick visual overview of how your exams are performing. Go to an academy group with exam results, and click on the new Reports page. This page is a work in progress; more reports will follow. Read more about academy report options.

Admins can now filter participants and sessions with a partial email address, for example, by using the domain. This enables quicker and more agile search across the platform.

Admins can now remove participants from groups on participant profile pages. This allows for quicker participant management. Go to Participants and click on a name to view a list of groups a participant is assigned to. Simply click the icon to the right of a group name to remove from the group.

We put great value on data security and privacy, and thus, any admin can now enable 2FA on their Profile page. 2FA must be enabled by each individual admin and cannot be enforced by an account owner or a global admin. 2FA helps you prevent unauthorized access to your account, protect sensitive data, and meet internal or external security requirements. To enable a faster experience for our admins, we moved our Participants page to React. The Participants page can be accessed via the left-hand menu or from the dashboard. From this page, you can filter, edit, export, or delete your participant data.

Microsoft and Gmail users can now update their settings to use OAuth2 for their SMTP servers. This token-based authentication provides a more secure and reliable email setup. OAuth2 removes the need for stored passwords and adds an extra layer of protection to your communication flow. To update your settings, go to My account > Email server. By popular demand, bigger PDF files can now be uploaded to your Easy LMS account. You can import files up to 5GB in size, subject to your plan’s storage limits. Read how to add a PDF file to a course.

By popular demand, bigger SCORM files can now be uploaded to your Easy LMS account. You can upload files up to 5GB in size with an Advanced plan. The maximum storage capacity has been increased to 5GB for the Advanced plan and 1GB for the Basic plan - for SCORM, PDF, and image files. Read how to add a SCORM module to a course.

By popular demand, the API calls to invite participants to an academy and add them to groups are now available for multiple academies (with or without notifying). The academy API call without notification is useful in combination with SSO, and/or when adding existing participants to more groups. Save time, scale faster! Read how to use our academy API calls.

To enable a faster experience for our admins, we moved our Groups page to React. Go to Academies > Manage > View all groups to manage current groups, or create a new group to get started.

If you are planning an event or a timed exam/course, you can easily extend your plan’s limit yourself by buying additional simultaneous participants in your dashboard at any time. No need to involve support anymore, just click Buy more!

You can now view the number of exams and/or courses started in the last 30 days in your dashboard. This enables you to keep track of your monthly usage and see when you are near your plan’s limit.

To enable a faster experience for our admins, we moved our Academy settings page to React. Go to Academies > Manage > Choose settings and domain to customize your academy.

Your Easy LMS plan comes with a limit on Exams and/or Courses started simultaneously, and monthly usage.

We now enforce these limits to protect our system against overload and misuse. This will ensure a reliable platform for all our clients and their participants.

To enable a faster experience for our admins, we moved our Academy detail page to React. Go to Academies > Manage to organize your Academy and its content.

We made picking a plan even easier with our two new plans, Basic and Advanced!

We improved our back-end to enable our platform to scale quicker when many participants access it simultaneously. This should aid a seamless and uninterrupted learning experience for your participants!

This major improvement to the back-end of our platform makes our system faster for admins. It also makes it easier for us to develop, and therefore roll out new features faster. We started with our new dashboard that focuses on Academies, Courses, and Exams. More pages will follow in the coming months!

By popular demand we improved how high resolution PDFs are embedded. It is now possible to zoom in and out on embedded PDFs.

Our redesigned dashboard makes navigation easier for admins, and puts the focus on our most important features. You’ll see it as soon as you log in!

It is now possible to configure SSO for each of your Academies separately. Previously, you could only configure one SSO provider at an account level.

With this new feature, each of your clients can bring their own SSO provider. It allows you to minimize the amount of time it takes to authenticate participants and increase the ease with which participants can access their training material.
