One of the distinctive features of Easy LMS is that we don't charge per participant. That means you can add as many participants to your academy or stand-alone exams and courses as you like.
However, we do have a limit on the number of exams and courses that can be started per month.
How is the limit tracked?
The usage is measured by the number of exams and/or courses started, whether completed or not. Each attempt counts. For example, if someone starts their exam on Monday, stops halfway, and returns to finish it on Wednesday, we will count this as one attempt.
Per month means from the first day of your current payment term until your renewal. When a session is started, it counts towards your limit until your monthly plan renews. So we reset your limit each month.
For yearly plans, we use your renewal date as the reference point for monthly usage.
Logging in to the academy is not counted towards your limit, as it is not a piece of learning content but a learning portal from which your exams and courses can be accessed.
You can view the number of exams and courses started this month in your dashboard, together with your account limit.
The account limit is a combination of the session limit that comes with your plan and extra sessions if you have bought any.
You can also view your account usage history. Go to the Account usage current monthly term section of your dashboard, and click on the time icon:
Youâll see a graph displaying the number of sessions started per month:
Deleted sessions are not included in the account usage history graph, though they do count towards your account limit.
The number displayed in the Account usage current monthly term section of your dashboard is always correct.
What are the limits of started exams and courses for each plan?
The limit for each plan is as follows:
Basic: 3,000 started exams and/or courses per month
Advanced: 10,000 started exams and/or courses per month
On a trial, you are only allowed 100 started exams and/or courses per month.
Tiny Owls have no sessions. This free plan is only to keep your data for two years, in case you want to resubscribe.
Refer to our pricing page for more information about plans and their features.
Why is there a limit to the number of exams and courses that can be taken?
There's a maximum number of accesses per month to limit the traffic for your account. This is to prevent our system from overload and misuse. It ensures a reliable platform for all our clients and their participants.
This is in line with the fair use policy in our terms and conditions.
What happens when I reach the limit for my account?
If you reach your limit, your participants will be unable to access your learning content and will see a message that says their learning content is temporarily unavailable:
âYour learning content is temporarily unavailable. Contact your administrator.â
Can I increase my monthly limit on started exams and courses?
Yes, if you reach the limit of started exams and courses included in your plan, you have options to get more:
Basic: Upgrade to the Advanced plan for a higher limit. Click Upgrade now in your dashboard. Or purchase additional started exams and courses as needed. Click Buy more in your dashboard.
Advanced: Purchase additional started exams and courses as needed. Click Buy more in your dashboard.
For every 10,000 started exams and/or courses extra per month, an additional fee of âŹ23.50/$30 monthly or âŹ282/$360 yearly applies.
Extra sessions never expire. This means they remain valid until they are used up. For example, if you purchase an extra 10,000 sessions and use only 5,000 of them, the remaining 5,000 will be carried over to the next month until they are used up. The sessions included with your plan will always be used first, and when those run out, extra sessions will be used. This way, you can always have a buffer in your account for when you hit your monthly limit, and you wonât waste any money spent on sessions.
How many people can take my exams and courses at the same time (simultaneously)?
Thereâs a limit of simultaneous participants per account level (this is different from monthly usage). For detailed information on this topic, please check: How many people can take my learning content at the same time (simultaneously)?
