Within the academy portal, you can arrange the order of your learning content and require your participants to follow that sequence.
There are two options for organizing your learning content within each group. You can drag and drop your courses and exams into the order that you want them to appear within the academy. Then, you can take it a step further by making your participants complete the content in that order. Here is how to do both!
1. Arrange the order of your learning content
Once you have added all of the exams and/or courses that you want your participants to complete, you can drag and drop them into the order that you want them to appear.
2. Create a learning path
When you are happy with the order of your exams and courses, you can enable the learning path by activating the Enable learning path toggle:

Once you enable a learning path, your participants will be guided along the sequence that you set for them. Exams and courses that are not available yet will be grayed out:
What if my participant is in multiple groups?
If your participant is in multiple groups, they will see the first available course or exam for each group.
Use cover images for your groups. This way, your participant can easily navigate through their groups.
Participants can search for specific exams and/or courses by using the search bar on the All content page.
