Do you want to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan but don’t know how? Don’t worry! This article explains how.
It’s always possible to upgrade, downgrade, or purchase add-ons! To do that, you need to be logged in to your Easy LMS account:
Go to My account > Billing & subscription > Manage subscription and payment.
Select your current plan, and click Edit Subscription.
Click Change to choose a new plan.
Select your new plan in the next window, and whether you’d like it to be monthly or yearly. Note that a yearly plan comes with a two month discount! Click Update to confirm your choices.
Click Update Subscription to complete your upgrade or downgrade.
Any upgrade is instant, and we will collect the additional charge immediately. Any downgrade will create credits that will be applied in the next billing period.
