In this article, you will learn about sending group notifications to participants in your academy.
It is possible to send notifications by email to each group in your academy. This is useful when you want to:
Notify participants about any content changes you have made.
Provide new instructions to your participants.
Send the URL of your academy to your participants.
To send a group notification email, go to Academies > Manage > View all groups > Manage > Participants > Send notification. Clicking on Send notification brings up the email screen:
The available tags that can be used in the email are listed at the bottom of the screen. Click on Send after you have finished writing your email to send it to all participants in the group.
Only participants who currently have access to the group will receive the notification.
